If the business is “priced” accurately taking into consideration all add backs, adjustments and normalisations and the right pricing methodology is applied then buyers, their accountant and the bank (often valuers and solicitors are also a huge factor to be considered) will see the opportunity cost and commercial merits in the deal.

Behind the listed price, the business must professionally cover a reasonable amount of general information through the memorandum that provides clarity and confidence to the buyer and their advisors. Shane will attend every inspection and meeting between the buyer and seller and believes this step is integral through the process. Building trust between buyer, seller and the broker brings deals together.
